Join us on an exciting journey with these two passionate individuals committed to helping the community become better and safer. Meet Ernesto Prado and Carla Perez, the dynamic duo behind EFITTEST, Wembley's premier combat and fitness club.
Ernesto comes from The Pearl of the Pacific in Ecuador, where he discovered the discipline of Karate Shotokan at the age of five, thanks to his parents. This experience shaped his journey to learn different martial arts. Carla Perez, born in Ibarra, developed a profound connection to people and cooking, shaping her positive attitude toward her future.
Since 2009, the couple has been together, forming a bond in Spain and spending half of their time with each other. Together, these global citizens have lived in four countries, adapting to new environments and experiencing memorable adventures. They both fell in love with Crossfit in Calgary at Cityscape Crossfit, and since then, their community has been a significant source of motivation.
In 2017, the couple came to London to study, and after years of dedication, they completed their studies in Sport and Fitness and Psychology. Their experiences have ignited new passions and perspectives that vibrate deeply with them.
Driven by their passion, Ernesto and Carla founded EFITTEST in the midst of the world pandemic in 2020 with the idea of contributing to the community and making the world a better place through martial arts and fitness.
