Customers register by creating an Efittest-Glofox account and make recurring monthly payments through the app, with no commitment, they can cancel with a 14-day notice period.



What opportunities do customers have to schedule sessions during non-standard gym classes?





Members can access open gym slots by purchasing a combat or fitness membership. They can simply walk in during available open gym times, providing flexibility for workouts and practice sessions.



Will an open gym membership be available for purchase?





No, open gym membership will not be available. It can only be accessed by purchasing a fitness or combat membership.



Will there be bathroom facilities available on-site?





One toilet will be available for both men and women, stocked with all the essentials.



Will there be shower facilities available on-site?





Sorry, no showers to sing in – just good old-fashioned sweat and hard work!



Will there be changing room facilities available on-site?





Yes, there will be a room that can be used as a changing room, and the toilet facility will be available as well. However, we encourage customers to come ready from home to work out.



Will locker facilities be available on-site?





Yes, lockers will be provided to store your belongings.



Are all coaches fully qualified and have they undergone a DBS check?





Yes, all coaches are fully qualified in their respective roles, have undergone DBS checks, and have received first aid training. Additionally, certification will be available in the gym.
